I have purchased AVG Ultimate and am unable to get it to download. I have logged into my account several times and it would never complete the process due to various reasons ( wrong e-mail address, wrong password, page will not load, etc…)
I went to several other AVG portals and tried it several different ways but there is always a snag, i'm thinking they don't want to give me what i paid for at a retail location. Any Advice ?
I don't want to let someone control my computer from another location !

We could see that you have an active AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) but not AVG Ultimate. May I know if you are able to login to AVG MyAccount in a web browser? Please provide us with a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the error message that you are receiving when you try to install. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
