Hello Ali,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
What is the exact error message that you get when you try to download AVG?
Do you get any message as "The version of AVG that you are trying to install is not compatible with the existing version of AVG that you have already installed on your PC" ?

I've tried the AVG_Remover several times and have manually cleared down all files from the C Drive and temporary files. I still get the same error

please can you advise what I should do now

Hi, Can anyone help - I've had AVG for many years and have never had any problems downloading on renewal or on new devices etc but I keepgetting the following message, Ive uninstalled and try to reinstall but still the same. any clues???

I dont get any messages saying its not compatible but i get the following

Error Code - 0xC0070643
Description - Event exec_finished
