Cannot find all my products on my Avg

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG account. Upon checking our records, we see that you've active subscriptions of Internet Security & TuneUp, as you mentioned.
Would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the entire AVG account page via email that has been sent to you?

I've had AVG Internet security ans pc tune up for a couple of years but I can't find Internet security in my products on my account
