Cannot find shopping cart to complete purchase

I began the process to purchase additional services to add to my subscription, but the sale did not go through for some reason.   I get a popup on my Surface telling me that I have items in AVG shopping cart, but I am unable to find the location of the cart in my account on the AVG site to complete the purchase. Please advise.
