Cannot fully uninstall AVG Antivirus

We will check and help you to clarify it. 

Could you please confirm have you restart the PC once you remove AVG traces from application folder? If not, please follow the steps below :

1. Open Finder
2. In menubar select Go > Go to Folder…
3. Type /Library/Application Support/ and hit the enter key
4. Locate and delete AVGAntivirus folder
5. Reboot computer and AVG should be removed.

Please try the above steps and let us know. Thank you.

Like many others, cannot fully uninstall AVG Antivirus.  Found no more folders in application support folders, etc., did a full search, nothing left.  
 

Yet still cannot install a fresh copy of the AVG Antivirus for Mac.  See on other posts that we have to post our own new thread in order for AVG support to send an "uninstaller".. well here I am posting a new thread.  Can I request a copy of the "uninstaller" to finish uninstalling so I can install a fresh copy on AVG Antivirus on my Mac?
