Cannot fully uninstall AVG free

Greetings,

We appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue.
If you still experience issue after running AVG Clear & Remover, please search your hard disk for avgui.exe or avastui.exe file. If found, delete it & proceed with windows update.
If it is not found, you may need to manually remove AVG files from these locations : ProgramData, AppData - Local, Program Files (86), Program Files.
Please try the above step & let us know if it helps.

I used to use AVG probably 4 to 5 years ago. I am trying to update my windows and but it keeps failing for the following reason:

 Version 1903 (Feature update of Windows 10) keeps failing. 

I tried using AVG remover and AVG cleaner in safe mode and in the regular mode of Windows but I keep getting the same error. Windows keeps asking me to uninstall AVG, even though AVG is already uninstalled. Please help.
