I am trying to get into a very safe website in australia and AVG thinks it is malware and will now allow it. I am nearly going crazy as they never answer their phone and I am at my wits end. I have been on this a week now. My only solution seems to be to put another program on and scrap Avg. I still have 9 months left and am loath to do it but may have to. Is there anyone out their that can help me.

Thank you for your help, I fingers crossed, think that the exceptions thing has worked. I realise you are there as a support and do not expect a comment from you, but AVG phone support is non existent, I am at the end of this 9 months, going to see if I can get phone support before I renew.What I have had to deal with is discgraceful for a company that is supposed to be giving your computer safety, I have been many years through unpaid and and paid with AVG but this has tested my patience. Even now if it had not been for you the problem would be unresolved. Thank you so much for your professionlism and kindness. Warm regards Sandra
