Cannot get avg icons work when i click on them

AVG internet security & tune up icons have stopped working again. I click on either icon & nothing happens. Paid subscription for ultimate till august 2021. Works ok for a few weeks then stops working as if i have been cut off. what are avg doing. Is this happening to other people. I always run them every Friday to scan etc.
