Cannot get Avg off my pc

How mysearch.avg.com got on pc I do not know.  I have been trying to get rid of it all day.

Here is what I have tried
I've used the uninstall tool
I looked for it in extensions but it is not listed
I looked to uninstall it through the control panel "Uninstall a progranm" but it is not listed
I've searched my pc for Avg but it returns nothing
I have set my pc back to a earlier date 
I ran MacAfee malware 

I click on chrome and My Avg opens about three windows and so does google.

What is going on and how do I get rid of this
