Cannot get into site to put my product number in

Bought the tuneup2015 two year package and got and email back with product number but site will not give me a screen to eneter it I am looking for whre I press open then start then all programs then I have the rest of the instructions… When I asked for a password reset no email comes bcak not even spam, and my phone call to avg was not helpful and the aide kept repeating to check my spam and did not understand me… please help so i can run the protection and thanks   jay
