Thank you for your response. Let me answer your questions and tell you what I have tested so far.
1. In additon to using Chrome, I also tried using Microsoft Edge and also used AVG Secure Browser.
I got the same results ------ 403 FORBIDDEN when VPN is ON and no problem getting into the prudential website when VPN is OFF.
2. Prudential is a financial institution. However I do not have any issue getting into any other financial institution that I regularly interface with when VPN ON. So far, only have the issue with Prudential.
3. I even went into Anti-Tracking and added prudential.com but as expected, it did not solve the issue on any of the three browsers I tested.
4. I did change the Location from Dallas to Chicago under AVG Secure VPN and that did NOT solve the issue
Do you have any additional suggestions?

Please clarify whether the mentioned website is an online banking or financial site. Also, let us know if you experience this issue with a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.
Meanwhile, please try connecting to different servers (locations) that are available in AVG Secure VPN to check if it helps.
