Cannot get my bought product to accept the licence number

Do you get the message as your license number is invalid?
May I know for which AVG program installation you are getting the message?

Have tried numerous times to install the product since this morning get so far till I have to put in the licence  number and it keeps not accepting it have made several requests to ensure I had the right numbers I did but no luck  can't seem to et any help from AVG such as an online person or a phone number to ring and am mightly annoyed about this issue

No it didn't still cann't get it to work and cann't seem to insert the screen shot on this page. so don't know what to do
