Cannot get my Internet Security working

I down loaded AVG Internet Security on 4th December 2021 for which I paid 12 months subscription. I  was unable to make it operable. Having forgotten that I'd bought it I down loaded it again today but had the same problem. I then discovered I'd already bought it in December last and so cancelled the latest purchase. How do I make the first purchase work. I was surprised that AVG didn't tell me I had already made the purchase. How do I talk to a human being at AVG.
