Hi,
Recently I have been unable to get onto the internet, facebook or my email. Only if I power down or shut off my compter and restart, does it allow me access. This has been going on for approximately a month or so. I have a large AVG support plan, but somehow this problem has come through.
Please help with some sort of easy to follow instructions to troubleshoot or relove this problem.
