Cannot get started with TuneUp

I never received the activating code. I cannot find the activating code on the subscriptions list. It seems I have paid with PayPal but not been recognized by AVG. I have tried all advice explained on the support pages for AVG with zero result. 
Can AVG help me by checking the situation from their side?
