Cannot get the update coase of running processes. But there are no running prossesses

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would request you to you reinstall your AVG program once by following the below mentioned instructions:

Canot get the update due to running proccesses, but there are no running proccesses. The computer has been off for 14 days due to a holiday. It.s running windows 10. no uppdate is able to install.
