Cannot install antivirus

Hello Saritha,
I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. Please check if you have a conflicting antivirus or anti malware program installed and remove them. Then run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tools to remove traces of failed installation and try the installation again.  Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

Open tool
User Account control - click "Yes"
Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compability)
Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
Click "Uninstall"
Click "Restart computer"

Hi,
I am trying to install the free anti virus and i am getting error saying

Installation Failed ,
Sorry we ran into a problem during initialization 
(0xE0010602: General error (0x0602)

Please help me out in this regard

That doesn't help. 
After coming out of the AVG full protection i faced a lot of problems in my system and now i cannot install free version too

After restart, run AVG Remover and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework,…) as suggested in this article http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV .

Then try to install AVG Free as instructed in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Free
