Cannot install AVG. dll missing

We apologize for  the inconvenience caused. This problem is caused by Visual C++ Redistributables. It is either missing or corrupted.
It is necessary to reinstall MSVC package from the website: http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30679

Hi Guys, i am having problems since the new Windows 10 update, and cannot install AVG on my computer, i am getting a missing MSVCP110.dll  error code OxEoo1D012  message, My account has been billed for program but i have no protection at the moment,  is there anyway around this so i can install AVG?
