I understand how something like this can really try your patience.
To install AVG in your pc, we request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc and then reinstall AVG back in your pc to get your issue fixed. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
To download AVG back in your pc please the following link www.avg.com/download .

This morning our computer came up with an error AVGUIX.EXE missing MSVCR110.dll.The Windows Live Mail has a similar error and will not open.

I followed instructions in the forum and have updated Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4. Uninstalled AVG ,as suggested, using the AVG remover and restarted. I have tried to install the AVG once again and get an error Cannot Install AVG Error 0XC0070643. I have also installed the Windows Essential 2012 (mail) and it will not work either. Any help greatly appreciated :)

Could you please let us know whether it is a free version or a paid version of AVG you are trying to install?

I have the same problem, and I tried the AVG remove and the reinstall. But the problem is still there.

avg error code 0xc0070643 (http://antivirussupportphonenumber.co.uk/blog/how-to-fix-avg-error-code-0xc0070643-avg-support/)  is an AVG error that usually occurs when the user tries to install or uninstall an AVG program. this happens because of existing of some same data file as the user computer has more than one Antivirus install. this multiple Antivirus cause conflicting and gives this error. It is never too beneficial to have more than one Antivirus in the system.
