Cannot install AVG PC Tuneup 2015

Thanks Alan Binch for the URL. I download and executed the PC
Tuneup removal tool and all is well with my computer and AVG PC Tuneup 2015.

Zeke, Have you used the exclusive TuneUp Remover tool?.. Have a look @ this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?q=uninstall+pc+tuneup&urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG-PC-TuneUp&l=en_US).

I had to uninstall AVG PC Tuneup 2015. After I rebooted and tried to install the program it says AVG PC Tuneup 2015 is already installed. I have removed references to AVG in the registry. I have used the AGV RestAccess and the AVG Removal tool to no avail. 

Any other ideas on how to reinstall the program?
