OK, I am an advanced computer user and know I have 64 bit OS; so far I have tried everything you have suggested to no avail. Still unable to get AVG Ultimate to install on this computer. This happened suddenly after previous successful installation. There are no other antivirus programs installed and I've cleaned the computer with 4 different utilities so I feel sure that is not an issue.
Had AVG ultimate installed, suddenly it stopped working and now will not allow me to reinstall. Gives an error message: 0xE001003D Content: exe_finished
The error occurs at point when Zen tries to install.
