Can anyone advise me what to do about this? I have tried installing AVG Zen on my phone but Google keeps telling me that I do not have a device; what exactly is the contraption I am using? I opened the email on my phone, followed instructions, repeated the procedure 3 times, (gotta say I'm getting sick and tired of logging in) and STILL getting "You don't have any devices" I think I'll go back to AVG free and get my money back. Incidentally, my phone is a Nokia Lumia 630 and I have an extra 16GB SD card. Can somebody please tell me what the problem is? Thanks
