Cannot install or open AVG

I am getting this error:

The code execution cannot proceed because C:WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_avg.vc140.crt_f92d94485545da78_14.0.28127.0_none_71b849adcdf881e1|MSVCP140.dll was not found.

 

 

I already re-installed and repaired...

Nothins changed.

Please help me, I already spent money on that stuff
