Thank you for contacting AVG Community Forum. I see you are facing issues installing AVG Internet Security and TuneUp. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check whether you have a 3rd party Antivirus software installed in your PC? If so, please uninstall other Antivirus product and try installing it. Because two different AntiVirus in a PC will conflict. And also I couldn't find any active subscriptions in your PC. Could you please provide me with the Email address that is registered with AVG or Order ID to locate your Subscriptions? Thanks and Keep us updated.
I am a registered user of AVG internet security and AVG pc tuneup. I reinstalled windows 10 and I try to reinstall AVG. After I download the installation file and run it, I get the message that I need internet connection, although I just downloaded the installation file. I think I have stopped the firewall and other win protection, but the problem persists.
