Cannot install Skitch on MacOS

Please update AVG program installed on your computer and check if that fix the issue.

If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall AVG program.

Whenever I try to install Skitch on my MacBook Air (OS 10.15.4), one of the Skitch files goes to Quarantine and the application can never launch.  I am considering to get rid of AVG because of this. Is there a fix for that?
