Cannot load AVG Protection onto 2nd PC

Hello Ken,
I understand how something like this can really try your patience. To stop the running installation issue, we request you to follow the below steps and then try to download AVG Zen, the issue is caused by a Windows installation process running in the background. The resolution is as follows:
Make sure that no other installation is running on your computer. If you discover another installation is in progress, please wait for it to finish and retry the update later.
Press simultaneously Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys on your keyboard.
On the next screen, click on Task Manager.
- In Task Manager, on Processes tab, look for an item called "Windows installer" or "msiexec.exe".
- Left-click the "Windows installer" to select it and then click End task button in bottom right corner of the Task Manager window.

No error message.  The "Loading" logo just never goes away and a chat window never appears.

I have loaded AVG Protection onto my 1st PC (Windows 10).  I also need to install on a 2nd PC (Windows 7).  In AVG Zen I select to add a PC.  Per the instructions, I open the new invitation email on the 2nd PC and follow the steps to download AVG.  The problem is that an installation window never appears and there appears to be no activity.  If I reselect to run the download I receive a message that I already have an installation running and cannot start a 2nd installation.  Yet, nothing ever seems to happen.  I have been trying to download all day today.  At first I was doing all of this in Chrome and later switched to Firefox since AVG seems to prefer Firefox, but ultimately no difference.

Please help!

Thank you,
Ken

Hello Ken,

Thank you for following the instructions provided by Aravind.
Could you please look on the Processes tab of Task manager for any process named as "Clicktorun.exe" ?

Thank you for attaching the screenshot, Ken.
I don't see the Clicktorun.exe process in that list.
In this case, I have sent you an email with further instructions to be followed to get our additional support.
Please check for the email on spam or junk folders if it is not present in the inbox.
Thank you.

No error message.  The "Loading" logo just never goes away and a chat window never appears.

I cannot contact this link because for some reason the chat window will not open.  My browser settings allow pop up windows, so I do not understand why this is happening.

Further, your earlier responses to this post arrived in my email, so I do not understand why the email with the instructions cannot be delivered to my email.

Regards

Aravind,
Thank you for your reply.  Unfortunately neither the "msiexec.exe"nor "Windows installer" are listed under open processes.  There is a "msseces.exe" listed under open processes.  There is also "msiserver" (Windows Installer) listed under services.  Would any of those possibly be causing the problem?

Please let me know if you have any other ideas as to what might be causing the problem I'm having.

Thank you,
Ken

Ken, there is something wrong with the email client or server that the sent email is not being delivered to your region. And so we have requested you to reach our technical support.
Thank you.

The email has not come through yet.  I'll keep an eye out for it.

Thank you very much.

Ken

Unfortunately, since the chat feature does not work (I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE), this is very difficult.  I would prefer chat to speaking over the phone, but if this is not resolved soon, I suppose I will have to send my phone number so that we can speak via phone.
