Hello and thanks for any help or idea anyone offers. Here is my issue. I cannot log into my accounts for Abercrombie & fitch or home depot. I can open their sites, browse, search but I cannot log in to them and order things. the log in process just stops. Abercrombie continually processes the request while home depot stops processing and tells me there was an error.
I'm running windows 11, chrome and edge. I've dumped all caches, cookies, browsing history. Both browsers are completely up to date. Windows is up to date. AVG is up to date. I've turn my VPN OFF.
Since this issue is the same on two different browsers I believe my problem is something to do with my internet security from AVG... I could be wrong but that's why I am here asking...
I'm a computer novice, so if you're an expert and you answer this, could you please explain your answer in a form that I can understand and implement? Thank you all for any assistance you can offer.
