Cannot log in to my account

Please try to reset your browser once and restart your computer to check the status. If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the login page with the error to proceed further.

I cannot log into my account.  It says I need to "check the box".  There is no box to check., I have seen this before with "I am not a robot".  But it doesn't show up anymore.  Even changed browsers and still no "box to check"  shows up.

I have forwarded the case to the developers. They will work on this issue and fix it soon. Your patience is much appreciated.
