Cannot log in to my subscriptions

I did what you recomended and it solved my problem but since then i had probelms with a windows update so i did a system restore to an earlier date. Since then i have got the free AVG back. I re installed AVG from the link you sent me and i are now fully protected again but when i go to my subscriptions and put my activation code in it will not allow it.

Because of corona19 i are working from home after installing AVG free on my PC i cannot access my subscriptions
