Cannot log into my account

Yes same email address …have  tried mobile to log on  still no result I can log onto community support as you can see but my account does not recognise email or pass word from any device …error your end?

error message wrong password or email address  but both are correct …do not receive an email to change password … error message incorrect email address  very irritating as my login details are correct

This is not expected behavior as AVG MyAccount is working fine at our end and we'd request to try to login in 24 hours. Meanwhile, kindly let us know what are you trying to accomplish by logging in to AVG MyAccount. We'd be glad to help you with it.

Im having the same issue, i need to log in to cancel my two subsriptions but nothing is letting me no matter what i am on or using and keeps coming up with errors
