Cannot log into my avg account

I tried to log into my avg account and my password stopped working.  I have tried to reset my password multiple times, but avg never sends the promised email with the link to change my password.  It is as if my account no longer exists.

Upon checking the record, we see that the status of AVG my account is still "NOT AVAILABLE" which means you haven't created the AVG my account for the email address that you have registered with AVG.
We request you to create the AVG my account again using this link: https://myaccount.avg.com/new-account and make sure that you check for the AVG my account activation email on spam, junk and inbox folders.
Once it is successfully activated please log into AVG my account using this link: https://myaccount.avg.com/my-account-login .
