Second attempt to submit an answer: I have followed all the instructions given, but I still cannot login to AVG Zen.
When I try to submit this answer, I receive the message "Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors."
When I attempt to access "Insufficient Privileges Errors", it takes me to a page entitled Salesforce, where I am required to login again, but will not accept my login.

To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.
