Yesterday I tried logging in so I could change my email address and telephone number. But I could not logon; AVG said incorrect username or PW. I assumed it was PW, so I clicked 'forgot PW". I was told an email would be sent with prompts to change the PW, but I never received it. I checked junk, spam, etc, but - nothing. I tried doing this again this morning, nothing. How can I access MyAccount so I can change the email address, PW, and Phone num associated with my account?
