I have the exact same error in all three browsers, Chrome, Fiorefox, and Edge. Did all the usual stuff including clearing browses, etc. Nothning would work.
I also confirmed an identical system right beside it with all the same programs installed EXCEPT AVG Internet Security, AVG Tune-Up and AVG-VPN. Something in one of these programs causes the issue and even removing them all changes nothing.
I've even run REVO uninstaller and removed them all that way after reinstalling so it deleted all registry entries and file folders.
What I did get to work was reinstall AVG internet security with minimum security options whic h installs basically just the AV program.
Then I downloaded and installed Brave browser. I reckon if you install ANY browser after a clean reinstall of AVG, it will work. All the browsers still fail to load the bank site EXCEPT for Brave which was installed after removal of AVG programs. I'm convinced the problem lies in a change AVG made to the system that it did not reverse when uninstalling. Again, all three browsers that were installed with AVG fully installed with all components fail with the same error and the exact same reference code: 18.1cecc017.1671508252.6a32027d
Only installing a different browser after cutting the head of the snake, so to speak, by installing just a minimal AVG internet Security (No cleanup, no VPN, no tune-up, no protections except minimal necessary for anti-virus) and a new browser, you should be able to access the bank site.
Good Luck. AVG can be frustrating when it dos things like this and support is unable to give us a resolution in a timely manner.
PEACE
Bud.
