Please let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing this issue & clarify whether the issue is with a specific network or irrespective of networks.
If you haven't tried different networks such as wired, mobile hotspot, etc, please check & let us know.
Also, clarify whether you've subscribed AVG Secure VPN using a different email address other than the one that you've used to reach us.
