Re my previous request, I have turned off AVG protection and still have the same problem! I repeat that the problem has only been since I renewed my AVG subscription earlier this month!

I have used Agoda for booking hotels for many years. However, since renewing my AVG subscription whenever I do a search on my laptop, from the opening Agoda webpage everything comes up as coloured lines – but in the shape of hotel and menu details!
I can access it ok on my phone and also on my iPod.
Does anyone know why this is happening and – if they do – can you explain in very simple terms how I overcome this problem?

Please disable AVG protection temporarily on your computer and check if you are able to access this "Agoda" website…
To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and you can see a scroll bar to "Disable Protection". Please click on the same to disable AVG Protection and after which check if you are able to access this website.
If the issue persists, please let us know and we will assist you further.
