Cannot open AVG Dashboard

When I click on AVG Icon I get a message "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to the your device", then I click yes and nothing happens. How do I get to AVG Dashboard?

Please let me know if you are trying to open AVG PC TuneUp or AVG Internet Security.

If none of this programs work, run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG from your control panel and check if that fix the issue.
