Hi, 

AVG TuneUp installed an automatic update on my laptop and afterward, I am not able to open certain files (mainly xls, doc, pdf documents).

I'm really pissed of because I'm working remotely and I don't know what to do. I've already tried and remote help wit an AVG collaborate, but he didn't solve the problem, told me that it was a bug, and asked me to wait.

This is absurd!
