Cannot open files

When I attempt to open a word document, I get an error message: 
Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\mkelly\appdata\roaming\microsoft\internet explorer...

Similar for trying to open PDF docs: Windows cannot find 'C;\users\mkelly\dropbox....
