First, please specify the operating system of the device on which you're facing this issue.
If it's Windows, let's temporarily disable the individual shields/components of your AVG Internet Security one by one and check if any one of them is causing the issue

Similarly, turn off your AVG Secure VPN as well and check the status.

Is my security preventing me from opening links within an email.  This just started in mid-May.
