Cannot print to HP Photosmart

Hello Paul,
Sorry to hear that. Please follow below instructions and check if your scanner works fine:
Open AVG  -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the network profiles from Public to Private and click OK to save changes.
Then Open AVG  -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize ->Profiles->System Rules->Enable the 'Allow windows file and printer sharing' and also enable the 'Allow remote desktop connections to this computer'. Then click OK to save changes.
If the issue persists, please share the screenshot of error you encounter with printer to assist further.

Hi 
When AVG Internet security is enabled printing to an HP Photosmart printer prints one page only.  Disabling Internet security allows the whole document to be printed.
