HP printer goes offline when AVG VPN is connected. I have turned on "Enable local device access when using VPN" and the problem still exists. If there is a job in the print queue, it prints immediately if I disconnect AVG VPN.

I followed all those steps. Uninstalled the VPN, restarted the computer, reinstalled the VPN, activated the VPN. That did not resolve the problem. Printer is still offline when VPN is connected.
