Cannot receive emails

Please confirm the list of AVG programs you have installed on your PC and confirm how long you are facing this issue. 
Also please let us know whether you are not receiving emails from all the email addresses or from a particular email address. 
Have you tried to send a test email from your another email to your Outlook account and do you get any error message while sending an email to an Outlook account? 
If you get any error message, please provide us a screenshot of that error message.

I am not receiving emails via my Outlook a/c. Is there someone who can give me some assistance with this please ?
