I am getting this problem… I uninstalled my paid 2nd year of AVG Internet Security as had a few problems elsewhere in the computer and when I tried to reinstall it again but it wouldn't install as it says it's incompatible with another AVG product. I look in my control panel and find AVG Web Tuneup still there and I cannot get it to be removed… When I click uninstall/change a box comes up asking if I want to remove it, I click the box saying yes and it appears to do something,and then just stops, and still shows it being in the list.
It has nearly driven me mad trying to remove it. Please help…

Unfortunately this hasn't worked, it's still in my list and the new one won't install…
