Cannot reinstall AVG

Note : Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Internet Security again from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Internet-Security-or-Premium-Security

Hi AVG
I had an proxy server file error after an update. It disabled updating virus definitions. I read that AVG recommended a reinstallation. I tried to uninstall with the AVG Remover, and deleted the AVG remover files. After that I tried to reinstall. Now I get an error - 0xE0010002.
Please help. read the blog and did everything in order to reinstall AVG.
What do I do?
