I wrote to you earlier to tell you that I am trying to remove AVG from my PC but I keep getting the following message - "Sorry, we've run into a problem during installation. Error code - Oxe 0010002."
AVG will not remove from my computer.
Yamuna and Alan Binch were kind enough to reply to my mail and told me to send a screen shot of the page.
The page will not screen shot - and it will not "Save as" so that I can email it to you.
I will describe it to you - the page is dark grey - it has the AVG logo in the top left hand corner - it has a X so the you can close it in the top right hand corner - it has a large exclamation mark within a circle - the text is pink.
