Cannot Renew AVG Internet Security

I have also sent you an email, please attach the screenshot of My Product and My Order history tab displaying your email address on top to escalate the case.

I purchased a 2 year licence for AVG Internet Security on September 15th, 2017. A day or two ago, I became locked out of the full version of the program and could only access the free version. I cannot find anywhere to input the renewal code I received in October, if the problem is that I forgot to do that before now – the only thing opening the program gives me is a button that takes me to a page asking me to purchase an additional year of protection. While the purchase is listed on My Order History, AVG Internet Protection does not appear in the My Products tab.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
