This coversations seems to be in a loop. I never did see your answer other that the above that only loops me back to my original post.
Did you see that I tried the License Number Retrieval Form and it responded that it could not recognize my royc@cts.com email address even though that is my email address for both my p;rofile and this support forum. My subscription should still be in effect. I purchased Pro last September.

I installed paid AVG on my new Windows 8.1 computer and cannot retrieve my License Number. When I request it, the response is that it cannot find my email royc@cts.com. However, my profile indicates this address and my registration for the support forum is royc@cts.com.
