I have checked previous discussions on this subject and tried to follow the guidance without success.
I am still unable to save MS Word documents. It starts to process and initiates the AVG App Prompt to allow, but then MS flags a file permission error. Has AVG got a patch or update that will resolve this? I've been messing around for hours trying to resolve.

Let's work together to fix it. This shouldn't happen in our latest version. Let us know the version of AVG you have installed.
Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> About -> check its version.
