Cannot scroll to bottom of screen

Hi - I have just installed AVG PC tune up on a HP Mini notebook
I have run the delete duplicate files programme, selected all the duplicates but cannot scroll to the bottom of the screen where apparently there is the delete button.
I cannot actually delete anything!
Help please :wink:
